Return & Warranty Policy
In accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement, customers are entitled to return products within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must undergo an expert inspection, and the return must be formally approved by our team. It is essential that your return request is submitted to us within the 14-day period following delivery.
Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your credit card. Please note that a handling fee of 50 USD will be deducted from the refunded amount for all approved returns.
Products that have been custom-made or altered upon customer request are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
All items are covered by a 2-year service warranty for repair and maintenance. After this period, service fees will apply. Any repairs required due to user-related damage or mishandling are also subject to service charges.
Please be aware that items modified by third parties or those that have exceeded the 2-year warranty period are excluded from warranty coverage.
